Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is a singer who plays back also known as an actress, musician and playback singer. She works primarily as musician and performer for Tamil and Malayalam-language films. Her first appearance as an actor was in the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam as well as her Malayalam debut was in Annayum Rasoolum's film. Andrea Jeremiah was born in an Anglo-Indian family from Arakkonam in the capital of Tamil Nadu.Andrea's father is a lawyer at the Madras High Court. Her younger sister is who is a resident of Leuven Belgium as an assistant to research. Jeremiah was raised near Chennai and went to National Public School and graduated from Women's Christian College. Jeremiah has stated that she was a huge geek and aspired to become psychiatrist once she had completed her 12th board exams.Andrea learned classical piano when she was eight. In her twenties, she became involved in the group called the Jackson Five Young Stars which formed the beginning of her early musical and singing career. She was also a theatre artist at the university and performed in a variety of stage plays organised through The Madras Players and EVAM. She served as the president of the Student Senate at Women's Christian College. Andrea began her journey performing in theater with Girish Karanad's Nagamandala. She acted in new leo coffee advertisement in 2006 with the actor Shiva in the year 2006. She was also in the series which was broadcast on Podhigai. She's performed on stage in India. She briefly appeared in Kanda Mudhal's film's climax (2005). After she rendered a song in Gautham Vasudev Menon's film Vettaiyaadu Vilaiya He asked her to be cast in the role of a lead female character in his next venture Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea portrays Kalyani which is a wife and mother whose man loves her. Andrea was picked for the role after actresses Simran Shubana, and Tabu were approached. It was first released in early the year 2010. It was first released for Venkat's Mankatha in 2011 which included a host of actors.
