The film was her first feature film, Fido (2006),[4following the acquisition of the first agency at eleven. The actress has appeared in variety of TV films as well as feature films, and also in episodes of various television series. Fast was one of the episodes of Hungry Hills, and Repeaters and Repeaters, both of which premiered at Toronto International Film Festival. In 2010 she had a prominent role for the role of Triple Dog. The actress was part of Jack Reacher's supporting cast in 2012. Fast played a role of support in the movie Jack Reacher's in 2012. The film won her the Leo Award for Best Lead Performance in Drama of a Woman Film Length.
